Hi everybody,
I survived those days of traveling and gigs, now some more coming:
A couple of gigs with Simone Guiducci
July 19th 2006  Tivoli.  ANFITEATRO DI BLESO.
July 20th 2006  S.Polo dei Cavalieri. Piazza G. MARCONI.
Then on the 21th there will be finally the first concert of my ensemble, "terra" in Marone, close to Iseo lake, at the Iseo Jazz festival.
Last but not least a gig with a new project at Legnano, Clusone Jazz festival, with Garrison Fewell on guitar and Umberto Petrin on piano.
Then I'll see you in Siena Jazz summer workshops: in fact I'll be there fron july 24th till august 7th, with some gigs coming:
Ettore Fioravanti "Belcanto" at the Enoteca on the 27th.
Again my ensemble at Buonconvento, on august 1st.

July 10th: Vigevano with Vinicio Capossela.
July 12th: Collegno (Torino) with Vinicio Capossela.
July 13th: Faenza with the TRIP Sax quartet playing Mozart at the saxophone festival.
July 14th: Pordenone with Giovanni Maier and Simone Zanchini.
July 15th: In duo with Simone Guiducci at Cividate Camuno, for the Clusone Jazz Festival.
July 16th: Altamura, a project by Tonino Dambrosio over poems by Rocco Scotellaro.
July 17th: Chieti with the TRIP Sax quartet playing Mozart.

If I'll survive when I'll be back I'll keep posting more about oncoming gigs.

Hi everybody,
Pretty busy period with music school final recital which took place on sunday 4th at VOX club in Nonantola (MO) and at Dadà Theatre in Castelfranco on the 6th.
Nice group with good young musicians.
Some gigs for this weekend, all with groupps lead by guitar players:
On the 9th I will be in Turin with Pietro Ballestrero, and then on 10th and 11th I will be respectively in Bolzano and Trescore Balneario (Bergamo) with Simone Guiducci's Gramelot ensemble (this concert will start at 5pm).
Hope to see you there, anyway I'll try to keep this blog as much updated as I can.

It's been a long time since my last post...well not much to say about april!
But may will start with a nice radio Broadcast of Simone Guiducci' Gramelot ensamble, live from the Torino Bookfair on may 7th.
This is goig to be during the radio program "Farenheit", from 2 pm till 7 pm, I think.

Things are moving a bit more than last month, a lot of new projects that I will discuss about in the coming posts. Here are some of the gigs I'll have in march:
19th at Altamura: "Più su...d" , a special project by drummer Tonino Dambrosio, featuring string quartet and me, dedicated to poet Rocco Scotellaro
21st: same thing will happen in Tricarico, where Rocco Scotellaro worked as major of the town.
On the 20th this project will be recorded and a cd will be released.
24th: Soresina (Cremona) a concert with Giancarlo Tossani's Synapser quartet, at 7pm
25th in Pordenone, with Synapser also
26th in Fidenza with songwriter Francesco Camattini
27th in Brescia, with Simone Guiducci and Gramelot ensemble
On march 29th and 30th I'll be recording a new project with "tirodarco" group, a nice string trio (Dimitri Sillato on violin, Salvatore Maiore on cello and Roberto Bartoli on double bass); more info about that in next posts.

14/12 At the Veronika Club in Parma, with Pampa Pavesi quartet
16/12 Brescia, with Simone Guiducci and his Gramelot ensemble (gig not confirmed yet)
22/12 "Pierino e il lupo" in Matera, with Ettore Fioravanti "Belcanto" and John De Leo

Later I'll post more details about those projets, the thing is that I'm so slow with this internet things...
